- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These guys are not informed, the clerks are rude, and most of all they are not willing to be helpful. I needed a letter with a postmark on it and these guys were not willing to do that and told the letter had to go. It was literally a piece of paper with scribbles on it. I just need the letter with my address and a post mark. First they told me they could do it and then when I git there the clerk wouldn't even let me explain the situation. He just kept telling me "No" in a rude manner. Then when I call them back they begin to tell me that they were misinformed and can't help me. That flat out tells me you don't care about your consumers and that you are all rude and ignorant to key information.
