- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I made an appointment because I am a single mother, I have two jobs, and I'm exhausted. I just want to sleep. I got up rushed to make it to my appt. To wait all while your "professionals" help conversations that had nothing to do with tax filing. How would I know because I'm an accountant. Nothing about where you shop for this or that and where you eat. I am all about service and quality. I received neither. I saw no "professionals" today it was more like sitting at the lunch table with my 13 year old and her friends. When people make an appt. Show up on time, they should receive good service in a timely manner 33minutes later... My appt Was suppose to be over at 12 I wait until 11:33. I will never even attempt to use H&R Block again. Some people have busy lives and plan accordingly your company should take people's time into consideration.By Judith Everts, April 03, 2017
