  I hear the Kenosha County Sheriffs deputy's are in the habit of beating people when handcuffed. I hope these deputies have videos available on person or vehicles and are in the 21st century...if not ..makes me question the integrity and training of the department. As a former police officer and Academy instructor, I am appalled at hearing how they could knee and punch handcuffed individuals that are cooperating, then turn around and deny anyone was ever struck. We do not need these kind of people in Law Enforcement and those deputy's should be investigated. I hope witnesses will come forward and stand up for what is right. There are too many cops who suffer the consequences of a few rogue individuals that think they are above the law. Karma is gonna get them. Citizens of Kenosha County should not want cops like this. Do the right thing people. It is obvious that the deputy involved does not have the integrity to tell the truth nor do his fellow officers. Integrity is taught in most academies but unfortunately some sleep through the class.

  They are slow at responding to my emergency. It could be a lot faster. For example, take a look at the Racine county sheriffs who respond much faster to emergencies.
