- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I used to hold an account here. Recently I found out from a DIFFERENT credit union that my old account at SLCU needed attention. When I called their corporate office, the woman I spoke with acted like answering the phone was an inconvenience to her day. I felt brushed off, to say the least. Then when I inquired why I hadn't been contacted about this account, all she did was place blame with others. She NEVER ONCE offered any sort of solution and it was up to me to fix this for the sake of my credit score. Not pleased at all with my years of experience with this establishment. There are reasons I left this credit union; and their lack of customer service skills is once of them.By Kay Ebert, August 25, 2017
